Large waves caused by Hurricane Cristina endanger the playas La Boquita de Miramar, Manzanillo, y El Paraíso, Armería. A number a beach palapas have been damaged as well as other ocean side structures. It seems 3 cocodrilos preferred the ocean over the lagoon and were seen swimming in playa Miramar.
